Tough to start, low idel

Hello Everyone,
I just had a bunch of work done on my 2003 Rubicon. coil pack, pcm, plugs.

I am now experiencing tough to start issues and a very low ideal. no codes have been thrown and voltage seems to be good.

Please help!

Clean The IAC and TB.

Also clean the battery terminals and ground connections to the engine and body. Get the battery load tested.

Verify you do not have a vacuum leak. Spray carb cleaner or WD50 around the TB, IAC, injectors. Intake and the plugs. If the idle changes while spraying you hit a leak.

What type of make and model spark plugs?
