Top wont stay on

I have a 95 YJ wrangler and just bought a new Bestop replace-a-top. For some reason the back passenger side window wont stay in, the bottom of the window pops out all the time, i had this problem with the old top and replaced it.
Any ideas of comments would be appreciate. :-? [addsig]

Wish someone had some advice for you, phntmjeep, 'cause I've got the same problem with my 90 YJ softtop. Side windows keep coming out of their rails, either at the door edge or at the bottom. I've had to pull over several times just before they've blown off their zippers. I'm gonna glue the suckers on come winter, and hope we don't get much rain during the summer so that I can leave the damn things off! Good luck to you.[addsig]
