TJ stumblin'

Ok Ive got 97 TJ 4 popper, automatic.

The last week or so its developed a little problem. Right around 2000 rpm (give or take) it seems to want to stumble. Not all the time, but it does real bad if i hit a bump and/or im going uphill. Now sometimes it will do it at a higher or lower rpm, but usually around 2000 or 2100.

Any ideas?

that's where i would start.. ignition.. then sensors

I just did plugs, wires, cap, and rotor a few months ago.

Try your fuel filter, then maybe your O2 sensor. You may want to replace your plugs again as you may have fouled one somehow.

fuel filter is going to be a last resort as on a TJ you have to drop the tank. I just hate to throw parts at it when im not sure whats wrong cuz im broke.
