you gonna be off-roading in it? yes= 30" tires, no=31". I hear you can find 2" coil spacers real cheap for the TJ, like less than $300. That's a cheap 2" lift for any jeep. Then you're 31" tires would look tough and you wouldn't have to worry about rubbing the flares at full stuff or on a full radius turn. :-D [addsig]

31's will fit with no problem at all. 32's will rub.... alot. If you go with 32's, do yourself a favor and spend the money for 1 3/4 spacers.[addsig]
