Have you considered a 31x10.50x15 tire size? You won't have nearly any issues with that size and stepping up to a 32" will only net you another 1/2 inch of ground clearance. You may have to adjust your steering stops slightly, but that's it.
Even with 4" of lift, the 32's will probably rub the wheel wells when offroading, the steering issue as mentioned above would be more severe, and anything bigger than 31" may have you wanting/needing to change the gear ratio in your axles as the performance will be more severely effected.
