I did some winterizing yesterday. I've startiled using fluid film every winter. I'm not sure how much it helps, but it makes me feel better. We'll see how my 2005 holds up.
I actually thought you were going to say you flushed the heater core and radiator. Or you cleaned the grounds and load tested your battery. All good things to check before winter.
