Thread killer Contest

Have you ever followed a popular thread and as soon as you post your comment the thread dies off. Do you ever wonder if it was something you said ? even the OP never comes back to finish the thread. The last person posting in this thread would be the winner Mods would say what you have won. lets make it fun and the last poster in this thread after 30 days wins ? good luck.

I find it interesting that you've started a thread by this name . I've had a nickname for myself that I coined sometime after I joined jeepz.com. And yes , that nickname is " thread killer " .
I have found that many times after I've posted , either interest may have been lost or no conclusion followed . I've often wondered , " was it something I said ? " I guess we"lll never know. My worst fear is always something deemed as bad advice or overinflated posting . I'm good for that , writing a book when only a paragraph or less is suffice .

I'm in. Mod can win right
Yes Terry Mods can win to. Greg I feel your pain, this is not my first forum rodeo. I once posted this same idea on a scuba diving forum and all the "Thread Killers" came out to play. Posting in a thread, I was only giving my advise in the thread but it stopped dead cold in its tracks after I posted in it. its happened to me several times on JeepZ to ? I mean whats wrong with posting have you checked your fuel filter ? that alone kills a thread DEAD !

Your not a thread killer either. have you ever thought that you answered the OP question or something that made them feel stupid ?. Alot of threads are killed by a new member that joins and only posts one question and never returns to say if the advice helped... again ?
