The Start to this years Drag Racing series.

I have been often been told that my hobbies and sports interests are not normal. I am not a big football fan and baseball...well lets just say then real reason for going to a game is the beer and sun.
Now that its winter two of my most favorite sports started, NHL hockey (go Coyotes) and NHRA Drag Racing.

I had trouble trying to watch 12 hockey games on center ice TV and the last day of Qualifying in Pomona this evening.
Does any one else here follow the Drag Racing series?
 

Not here, as close as I have came to it was on A&E, the John Force reality show. I don't know if it's on anymore, but I kind of liked the dude.
 
Hockey's cool, but I've never watched drag racing - well, I guess I've watched Pinks a few times.
 
I love racing, unfortunately my one tv station doesn't carry drag racing. Although, I just moved back in september, and I know where a couple of 1/8 mile strips are (somewhat) close to me now, so I may have to go a few times.

The wife and I live/breath Drag Racing as the signature below will imply. We have so many interests that our life is topsy/turvy at times and one can't do/attend 3-4 things at any given time, but variety is the spice of life and never a dull/boring moment. Pomona @ 4:30 PST for us today! LBR
 
Well, after the fiasco with Bruton Smith and the city of Concord, NC, we will finally have a National date with the NHRA this September. I cant wait until thie track is finished! :party: :MDB2:
