The best exhaust or headers?

A friend of mine has a Borla cat back system. It sounds great, and it was easy to install. It gave him a little more power also. You might want to check to see if installing a header would void any warranty.[addsig]

I plan on getting a lift though and I don't know if I can get the Borla Cat back. I know that you can't have a lift with the Gibson cat back. So does anyone know about the Borla?[addsig]
