Rain day, darn rock was so slick I even had trouble with 12psi in all 4 tires and both lockers engaged. Went shopping instead. Found the perfect shirt for this trip.

Well another rainy day. So with a new crew we ran Hellsrevenge again, staying out of the canyons. The slick rock took revenge and Tom broke the mounting stud on his rear shock.

We were there doing the RR4W Labor Day, a little rain monday but Wow what a wonderful place, Moab is my happy place, this time down we managed to run PSM, 7M (easy day) and MM. and of course hit the new shops downtown (finaly got the decals for all the runs weve done since '05, $53 worth of little vinyl lol). Enjoy the rest of your stay and thanks for the vids & pics.

I would love to make it down to Moab considering I am only a couple hours away.

Well it was fix the jeep day, my jeep wouldn't start this morn, the optima died from all the winching put a new shocks on the grand, no one sell bilsteins down here. So we worked on jeeps, ate at blu pig, a new bbq place. And did an evening run to gemini bridges.

man, that is some beautiful country. when i flew to phoenix, i looked out the window the whole time because of the scenery. we have none of that here in south texas

We drove from Nebraska to sierra vista Arizona (keep in mind we have lots of green here and a lot of farm land mostly corn) but I could not get used to the desert I did not like how dry and brown it was too much sand but on the other hand the grand canyon was pretty cool and I loved the weather there that's topless weather every day

Well we we went to find the "wall" on steelbender. It is tough as it looks.

Then prepared the jeeps for a night run on fins and things

Well its a couple of days late, but an all day run and spent today driving home...time to finish this story.

For the last day we decided to do the off runs, onion creek, Rose Garden hill, and Top of the world.

With some rain and threatening Sky's we drove 30 miles east of Moab and took onion creek trail heading toward Fisher Towers, then Rose Garden Hill. Then onto Top of the World where we met the thunderstorm and rains. then after the famous Visa picture we gave the jeeps a Moab bath.

Since his wife saw the jeep, I guess I can finally post the pic, we did have one minor mis-hap.
