Teraflex Revolver Shackles

Hello All,

Anyone here have any real life experience with Teraflex Revolver Shackles? I'm trying to get some better flex in the rear of my spring under axle CJ7. I drive it often on the street as well so I'm concerned with stability as well.

I ran them in the rear of my YJ for a few years with no problems. I've since went SOA with stock springs and have plenty of flex without them.

Appreciate the info Bounty ! I'm not quite ready to do the spring over so this might be a temporary thing as was yours

I have been told they will unload going downhill but haven't seen it personally.

I had wheeled them in the front of a YJ for 1 trail ride, they are loud, they unload when going up a hill, feels like less stability on side slopes as they open and close, when ever I tried to climb an obstical, they would drop out and "hook" on rocks instead of pull the axle up. I also felt like I had no down pressure on the down side of the axle when "flexing" the axle.

now this was not my jeep, it was one I borrowed for a ride, this is my opinion after only one ride, I would never ever ever install them on my YJ... ever!
