TBI Plate: To Anodize or Not to Anodize?

I had a fluke opportunity to get a few of my adapter plates anodized in different colors. This got me thinking, I wonder if I should do this regularly? Aluminum tends to oxidize with time and this would protect it. If somebody wanted the silver aluminum look I could get it clear anodized and it would still protect it. Do you guys think somebody would pay an additional $10 for this (it's not free) or would more people be interested in saving the $10 and getting bare aluminum? What's everybody's favorite color (of these)?

BTW these plates allow you to run GM TBI throttle bodies in place of Carter BBD 2bbl carbs on 258s.

I think you should anodize them, Personally I don't like it when the aluminum oxidizes and gets all (white patchy). Plus it looks more professional.

I agree, Anodized aluminum looks cool and you can get it in different colors.
