T15 to 67 cj5 w/ 225 buick?

Hello im new to this forum,I live in Trenton,FL and own a 67 cj5 with a 225 buick.I bought it as a basket case,it had no transmission. There was a T15 avalibale to me so i bought it along with the adapter from advaced adapters. After purchising all the parts and installing the transmission,I realize the rearend is offset and the transmission is center output. Is the angle to extreme for the driveshaft and if so do i have options? Thanks for your input!!

the TC should be a Dana spicer 18, (I believe) and it should bolt with the adapter to the trans. The offset to the right or passenger side should be corrected with that . The advance adapter kit should let the transmission bolt to the belhousing and the TC to the transmission and that should work there. If not, then you'll need more parts. Try advance or Novak. But you'll not like it at ALL running to the trans straight to an offset axle. Also, the flywheel is balanced to the motor on those odd fire V6 buicks.

The T15 transmission came with a transfer case,From what I was told its out of a 72 cj5.I have no original transmission or TC from the 67.I only got the adapter for the transmission and TC to the bellhousing and the TC is center output. So whats my best move? And thankyou very much for you help.

Well i found a complete rearend from a 73 cj5 that i could buy its center diff. is this a good move? i would need to change the gear ratio but im not sure what other options i have. any opinions? Thanks!!!
