T15 3 speed jumping out of reverse

Every time I let the clutch out to back the trans jumps out of reverse. Any one else have this problem, where should I start looking for the problem??

Most likely there's a bearing gone in the transmision. Make sure the shifter isn't hitting the floor when you put it in gear.

i once had one do that as well but it was 3rd gear, I had to hold it in gear when I hit 3rd or it would pop out.I never had it looked at but a pretty mechanically inclined person told me that it was probably the synchronizers. (however you spell it)
