T-Case drop...

... I got one when I ordered my SOA Kit... and now I'm wondering if I even need it. I have a SYE and a CV shaft that I am going to install as well. Should I put it in?

No. If you're going SYE / CV, you should not need the t-case drop. However, if you had to take measurements for your rear driveshaft, and you took the measurement with the drop kit on... well, you might need to leave it. Should've taken measurements with the t-case drop kit off.

The purpose of the SYE/CV is to alleviate the drive line angle by shortening the output shaft of the t-case/transmission combo. This warrants a longer driveshaft.

I havn't measured anything yet, Tom Woods is still waiting for me to call with the measurement after I do the lift this weekend. So I guess the time to decide is before the measurement.

Thats what I wanted to hear, I don't want to get a case of short shifter.
