Sure is. The 242 might require some modification, but when done right, turns out to be a really great case. I've done a few of them. I have some pictures of the swap and started a writeup but never finished it
i've done a swap. its easy enough with the right tools and knowledge. why not a 231? i'm not familiar with what fits in a wagoneer, but if a 231 will, consider it, great case, and many aftermarket parts for it.
