Swap a 4.2 to a 4.0 EFI

Is there a web site or a book with detailed instructions for the swap?I've never done any thing like this before.What year of 4.0 should I be looking for?Will any 4.0 fit ? Iam thinking about changing the trans. too, it is an peougeut right now with 125,000 miles on it.Is an Ax15 a good one?.It has a nv 231 transfercase. I was thinking about doing the head swap but it is as much as putting in an 4.0 with alot less miles then what I have now and from what I read it said not to do it to an engine that is worn out or has alot of miles. Any and all suggestion are appericated. :?: :?: 87 YJ.I want something realable for on and off road.

if your block is in good condition.. i'd say to swap the head and intake/exhaust system only... that way you get a 4.2HO
