Hi gang.
With the winch mount I've been going on about for the last couple days coming to fruition. I scanned for the seemingly best bang for my buck and bellied up to that winch bar and plunked down $570 clams. For the purposes I intend and from what I've read here and elsewhere I'm hopeful this'll be the last winch I buy~not only is my Renegade long in the tooth.
I sure hope I don't p off the Warn and Ramsey guys :redface:
Not to mention my spouse for this unannounced expense:bomb:
 

I myself am looking at the same winch, so let me knwo how it works out. It has been very well rated in the tests in Moab Jeeper, so I think you made a good decision...
 
Best winch hands down.. and I have a warn 9.5 ti on teh front of my jeep.

I have been to the plant where these are made in CT. I have re-built my warn twice since purchasing it in 2001 or 2002, the parts that the EPi is made with are far superior to the parts I have taken out of my warn, and replaced in my warn.

Good desicion, and great buy, especially at $600 less than the POS winch I have now.
 
I too have been to the Superwinch plant and own a 9,000 EPI
It's a great winch you don't need to pay more money for a big red W .
