SUNDAY SRIVE IN THE DESERT (pics)

I went on a drive today and thought i'ld post a few pics, hope you like them. The ruins are of a historical site here, I like to photo it. This is all with in a couple miles from my house.

(I couldn't take my Jeep , it's still down for refurbishment )

Anyways, THIS is why I love the desert..

wow!!! beautiful scenery. I LOVE the lizard pic. I love all reptiles. There were plenty of geckos running around my place today. colorful little things too. Can't seem to catch em' . . .way too fast.

Beautiful pics!!! I know you were "Jonesin" 'cause the Jeep couldn't be with you. Not my kind of country, but I would really enjoy visiting!!! Just reinforces my opinion of how blessed we are to live in the good ol' USA!!! I've seen so much different, beautiful territory and didn't need a "Visa" or a "Passport". So much yet to see!!! Thanx much for posting!

Which desert is this HiHood? (Sorry if I missed that info somewhere.) I love the desert also...especially the Chihuahuan.
