Strange noise

A tire like rubbing sound, but they aren't rubbing now that jeep is lifted 3".

Only time I hear it is when I'm coasting...
Like I lift foot of gas and I hear it, put foot on gas or brake and it's gone?

Could be flywheel or something
Please help me out

Btw, it's a 98 cherokee xj (4x4)

Maybe a bad wheel bearing.

I've also been told it can be the

Universals... I'm guessing joints
But it sounds to me like bearings
