You need to put the Image tags around the url of the picture location.

For example:
http://images.cardomain.com/member_images/1/web/565000-565999/565417_1.jpg
Is your pic location.

So, you need to put the

at the end of it. Without those tags the system doesn't know it's supposed to display the pics. It merely makes it a link to that location.
