RE: Ran out of Gas

So I managed to get an oil or fluid stain in grannys driveway while i was doing work on the jeep, she seen it and wasn't happy. Whats the best way to remove a stain like that? somebody told me to take a torch to it.

ya, any driveway degreaser should do the trick.
I use Castrol Super clean

Hi-Ya, LGR,

I have used ordinary dish-washing detergent.

Works pretty good, at least on a painted concrete floor.

PS: The liquid dish-washing detergent not only cleans grease spots from the concrete floor, it will make your hands oh so soft and clean your fingernails too. :wink:

i second the dish-washing soap. worked great in my concrete garage, not sure how it would work on pavement tho.

I just used a generic degreaser from Pepboys and a good hard scrub brush. It worked pretty good.

i usually just use some tide or laundry detergent, let it sit for a little while and rub it in and tehn hose it off, usually works pretty well
