Spacers or Springs?

So im looking into getting a small lift for my jeep and i have seen two diffrent kind. by the way im going for a 2in lift. I saw one from pro comp which has a new set of springs and i have seen some other ones with poly spacers. Is there a diffrence and should i stay away from a certain brand?
If you have any recomondations i would love to hear them. Thanks

either way. both will yield the same effect. the spring lift will give you a little more lift simply because it is a new spring, and it will allow for a little more articulation offroad.
