soft top protectant

what kind of protectants are there to maintain the color and flexibility of the jeep softtops?

would something like ArmorAll work?

Dont put armorall on it. Use either scotch guard or 303 protectant.

I find a nice 1/8th to 1/4 inch coating of mud forms a protective shell on my soft top, keeping out both harmful UV rays as well as nasty bird droppings.......

dont have a full soft top but my black "denim" doors and bikini top look great after a wash and some "Son of a Gun" protectant... last a long time and blackens up the stains pretty well...
