SOA in 84 CJ7

Im about to do a Spring over conversion on my cj7, i have stock axles and im wondering, are there any trucks or wagons that come with SOA suspension already that have the same mounting width as a CJ? The only reason im asking is to kill two birds with one stone. One get stronger axles. And two not have to do as much work lol

I have done MANY axle swaps over there years and I do not know of any "stronger" axles that will have the same spring pad width at the factory CJ spring pad width. The rear would certainly be easier to address but the front is where you run into more work.

^^What he said^^ For the front, pretty much anything you want to swap to that will be stronger will require outboardng the springs or shortening the front axle.

If you stay SUA, a open knuckle Waggy D44 from the 70's will be close to a bolt in, but will require some work.
