SOA conversion questions?

I finally pulled enough money together this summer to get my lift. I decided to go with a Leaf over conversion. The problem is I know no one who has done such. I have a ruff idea of what I need and what needs to be done. I'm guessing with my know how I can do everything but weld the perches for the leafs. I just need someone who's done this and could point me in the right direction. I also need a list to compare to what I have in mind and I wouldn't mind if someone droped a step by stepper either.
