Does any one have this lift, if so how well does it work on the trail.I also would like to know how well it handles on the street and on the highway. Does anyone know someone who his this lift. If so do thay like it. What do you think about the one spring.[addsig]
Thats alot of lift! I dont know of any monolinear lift anywhere around these parts. Looks like there would be a bunch of angle problems with the drive shafts to deal with. I personaly see to much lift worse than no lift at all. You are doing the right thing looking for answers but my simple mind says to much! Hope it all works out for you in the end. Later Tug
If i had the money for the skyjacker 6" lift i'd just save up a little more and go with either a procomp or blackdiamond Coil spring conversion lift, better articulation, smoother ride on the highway[addsig]
Screw coil conversions, if you want car springs, buy a TJ
The skyjacker Monoleaf is known to sag, as are other Skyjacker products. Do a SOA conversion, flat leaves flex better than an arched leaf any day. You get 5.5" of lift, more with an AAL or BL. SOA is the best thing going
SOAs sag too they need add aleafs ....... the 6" is sweet but it sags it ramps 1050 way sweet ... thats just a litte more than an SOA ,,,, both get axle wrap so its up to u.... you just fit 35s with 6"s ..... a friend down here has one he runs 33s and it looks great... drives ok ,,,, but when you have soft sping they drive a little off ....pro crap is not worth buying ... black is out they r now WOODS READY ..... you can get a WOOD READY lift to fit 35s.... THE WAY I SEE IT IS IF IT CAME WITH LEAFS ,,,, KEEP IT LIKE THAT... STAY TRUE TO THE YJ ,,, RUN THE LEAFS.........
