Getting ready to put a black diamond 3" suspension lift on my '97 TJ...I need some advice on whether to purchase 15x8s or 15x10 wheels. The tires will be 32X11.50 BFG AT's.[addsig]

my advise would be to go with 15 x 8, you will have more grip and a better shape when you air down, also a little less likely to pop a tyre off the bead espeacily if you use a inner tube

15x8 or 15x10 depends on the look you want.

But more important is the correct back spacing on the wheels for propper fit and performance. We ran 4 1/8 inch back spacing on our 1997 TJ to eliminate tire/frame rubbing and 15 x 8 to keep the tires from not sticking out to much and allowing the tires to tuck under the flairs when off-roading.

Note: Those tires are fine, but No inner tubes.[addsig]

no doup 15x8 its all you need for those side of tires, plus if you ain't planning going bigger then 33x12.50 than thats all you need,oh another thing 15x10 look too wide i personaly don't like it  [addsig]

I put a used set of 33-12.50-15 on my Jeep this weekend for fitment to see how much lift I need, and I used my 8in. wheels. I will have to say when I get the new 33s I will use these wheels, they look pretty good. [addsig]

15x8

I wouldn't use a 10" wide rim unless the tire was wider than 12.5", or all you run is dunes  [addsig]

I like 15x8, more ground clearance with a taller tire aposed to shorter wider tire on the 15x10. :-D [addsig]
