Shorty headers value?

I know i have a leak in my exaust manifold so i was looking the the shorty headers that fit right in, no other mods. what kind of improvement is there from them? or is it not worth the cost unless you go with full header?

I haven't seen two different style headers available for the XJ, but any should offer a vast improvement over stock. Consider a Banks header.

go with the borla long tube header and crossover pipe you will get alot more low end, and mid horsepower torque and a vast improvemnt in gas mileage. i also bougt their cat back it sounds great and has held up well to offroading.
