Shackle movement?

I noticed something and am not sure if it is normal. If I am stopped and turn the wheels from one side to the other, the shackles move from left to right some. Is this normal?

It's normal since you don't have a front trackbar. The trackbar on YJ's prevents this movement. That side to side push would be a lot worse if you had a locker in the front and had the hubs locked, something to keep in mind.

Some shackle bushings may be worn, which would make the movement more noticable.

Thanks Bounty. You bring a good point about the bushings. When I add the lift (once my wife finished nursing school) I'll check all the shackle bushings and replace if needed (read most likely replace).
