shackle lifts???

on shackle lifts ,after installing ,do you need a re-alignment?

I can not see why you would. It is a pretty straight forward mod I would think. How big of a lift you doing with the shackles? tug

i dont think a shackle could lift you high enough to even need an streeing aligment. unles you used foot long shackles..( which i have seen before)

I had some monster shackles (2" lift) on my YJ for a short while. I had the alignment checked, and it was fine, except for the additional caster the shackles added (unfixable). If you stay with a mild shackle (1" lift or less) you shouldn't notice the caster issue.

Ya, no alignment needed. Caster is the only thing affected, and as said, it's not adjustible.
