How difficult is it to do 1" shackle lift by yourself and any special tools or equipment needed.Can use your advice!

Depends on what it's on. I do shackle swaps with my engine hoist to hold my rig up (along with blocks underneath)

A couple wrenches, at least one jack stand, and a jack will be all you need.

You may also need some sort of punch as well. Those bolts can be hard to pop out. If you use some nice grease, it makes the bushings go in better, too.
It's not a hard task, really.
