Scraping Noise Help -2k TJ

Changed u-joints on a 2000 TJ SE
Did the front axle pull, checked everything and reassembled. So far so good, but when turning right after a certain point there is a scraping sound as if something is hitting the rotor. It almost sounds like the dust shield, but I wouldn't think it is that cause it would turn at the same degree as the wheel. Any ideas? I was playing with the idea that it was hitting a brake pad, but it makes no noise going straight and no noise turning left.

Was the dust shield. One tiny part on the bottom was bent just enough.

I had the same problem when replacing unit bearings. Found the dust shield was rubbing the rotor.
