You need to remove the wiper arms and then remove the entire cowl top. There are little phillips screws that hold it on. The wiper "assembly unit" is under there and pretty easy to get at. Your biggest problem is... The last time I looked you could not get that motor. The whole thing needed to be changed as a unit - available only through the dealer and at a pretty penny. Things may have changed by now and maybe the aftermarket companies have started making those motors. Check out your linkage first and make sure nothing's binding up. You also could NOT buy any of the linkage parts when I checked. Best of luck - John
