I have a 1998 Jeep Wrangler and I noticed there was a noise from the rear end when I first started off. after closer inspection, i found there was way too much play in the yoke at the rear end. I think maybe the inner pinion bearing may be bad. My son and I checked the outer bearing and replaced the seal, but even after tightening the nut on the pinionshaft at the yoke, it still moves back and forth, in and out too much for the seal to work. Does anyone have any suggestions? The rear end has Dana 43225 104 8 stamped in the back. :???:
