i know, i know, i havent been around much. been soo busy with work. as a window tinter you work nonstop in the summer.

any who,

busted my rear diff a while back, didnt get under and retorque later, but me in the arse. sheared bolts, bent up straps, tabs for centering driveline on yoke left on the ground with a nice long puddle.

so next day'd new yoke, new straps, new bolts.

anyone got a quick DIY? im pretty sure i know what i need to do, but a second or 3rd oppinion is appreciated.

im curious where/what the puddle came from?

of course it happened right before i was leaving for some work outa town. but i was able to pull off a loaner and still make my 2g's for the weekend. so i still came out ahead.

Bring lots of beer, and a lot of elbow grease...

If you sheared the yoke off it probably came from the pinion shaft seal.
