I plan to build a heavy duty Rear Bumper with shackles and D rings for my YJ, but have thoughts of placeing a set of tow hooks on the frame some where under neath to the rear as well. Has anyone placed a set of tow hooks in the rear? If so where did you mount them, and how? Thanks Tug[addsig]

Try going to rockcrawler.com. Go to the tech section, and look at cheap tricks. There is a way for it to
be done on the frame of the TJ. Something similar may be what your going for. There's a pic too.

I'm not sure of the differences between the TJ and YJ frames back there, but it can't be too much different.
Hell, nothing a drill and five minutes won't fix.
