Rancho shock question

Anyone know the part # for Rancho shocks on a YJ with 2.5 inch lift springs and Spring over. I am going to be using Rubicon Express's front shock adapter: http://www.rubiconexpress.com/dynamic/mainpage.asp?folderid=227

I would like to get the 9000's but I think they are discontinued. But I can find them on eBay probally.

Rancho hasn't discontinued the shocks, they just changed them from 5 speed to 9 speed to compete with the new Pro Comp's. You need the longest one they make which is the 9012. It has a 12 inch stroke. That means there will be 12 inches of the chrome rod showing when it is fully extended.

I don't know how the shock mounts will be positioned on your ride. I used the same setup but on a CJ and made my own shock mounts. Those were the days before there were widely available weld on products.

Why not go with an even longer shock? a spring over AND the 2.5" lift springs could max out your shock travel... thats about 8" of lift you got there. I think skyjacker has a longer shock available. I was going with ranchos too but I went for the longer skyjacker hydro.
