Just wondering ifyou have the stock 4.0, or the optional 4.2 engine, and when going through deep water, do you block off your air intake to keep from having to deal with vapor lock ? Rob

I have the 4.0L,And I try to stay away from deep water such as hood level. I am gonna buy a snorkle though.

Hehe yeah I usually stuff a tennis ball in my intake to keep water out...one in the exaust too. Gives me LOTS of power in my 4.3L 94 CJ-7. I also pour water in my gas tank to keep the vapor lock down. Works great! LOL[addsig]

I like to connect to intake to the exhuast to use alllllll of that unburned gas. Gotta do what I can to help the enviornment!
