Problems with readers rides section?

I posted this in the forum related section but I don't think too many people go there so I'll post it here as well. I've posted pictures before in the readers rides section and I tried to post one today but I keep getting this....Critical Error: Destination directory modules/coppermine/albums/userpics/11159/ is not writable by the script !
Anyone know what this means?

I'm using the one to the left. I can get into my album of pictures and when I try to submit the picture, that is what it comes up with.

I was in the readers rides yesterday and sometimes when I clicked on a pic a totally different picture would come up, again, and again. I think it may have been malfunctioning. I dont know if it has anything to do with your problem but thought Id share. :wink:
