Poor gas mileage and acceleration!?

I'm driving a 2005 grand Cherokee rocky mt edition. 3.7 v6 all stock. New k&n air filter, recent oil change, new spark plugs, threw a bottle of seafoam in it to clean it out. What else can I do to figure this out. I'm averaging 14/15 mpg and high rpm acceleration. Please help

Ill jot everything down as I drive tomorrow but very slow mph compared to the rpm I know it does drive a little different with it being a heavier car and only a 3.7 no lights and I've had it checked

It actually doesn't accelerate to bad it just revs higher abou 3k gettin out of first gear then after its smooth. I just want more "get up" and also my mpg has dropped from 22-24 to about 16 over winter. I replaced plugs, air filter, threw a bottle of seafoam in it. Filled tires properly and balanced. What more can I do? Fuel filter, fuel pump?

You will notice a drop in mileage over the winter due to a change to winter blends of fuel. Your drop seems a bit excessive. May consider having the fuel injection system professionally cleaned. The put a special solvent through the fuel line to the injectors while fogging the intake with another solvent.
