I have seen this post before but did not go far enough for my problem. I am reading a p0123 code, did not have this to start with. Started with oxygen sensor and injector circuit 4 open. Replaced oxygen sensor, fuel injector 4, plugs wires, plugs cap, button seemed to run fine. Code came in for throttle position sensor, replaced it. Then received code P0123 for to much voltage. Checked voltage all is fine, unplugged clock spring and horn, still there. Checked ground to engine make sure in place. It is good. HELP!!!! Pulling what hair I have left out. 2001 Wrangler % speed manual 2.5 engine
