OBD II on GM question

do any of you know what fuse supplies the power to the OBD II interface on a 2002 GM truck?
We were trying to scan a trouble code for him tonight and the scanner doesn't power up. The power for the interface is not present.
I know it's not the cig lighter, as that works fine.

I don't think it has one. It's tied to the main harness. If the ECM has power, so should the port.

No, I found out it was the cig lighter circuit that gives power to the scanner interface. I got it working, it's a 15 amp fuse on the fender well under the hood on this truck

Interesting to know. I need to go look at my harness, because I don't have a cig lighter circuit. Not sure where it is getting power from.
My Jeep has an 01 5.3 so it should be the same.

I'm not sure about Jeep, but on those GM trucks its the cig lighter circuit.
