Not sure if this is a Dana 30 or 44 front axle?

I tried looking it up! No one can give me a clear cut answer!

Anyways, I am building another cj7, I built one a few years back when I was 17 as my first car, sold it about 2-3 years ago and building another one now at 21! Funds(since I have a job now) will allow me to go bigger and better! So excited for this build! Anyways, need help identifying this(I know I have built jeeps before and still can't identify..I just never learned about them previously, trying too now)

There should be a stamp on the long tube.

agree, there should be a 30 or 44 stamped into it.. I thought the stamp was on the webbing where the tubes entered the pumpkin? That is a 30. No cj ever came with a front 44, the 70,s and 80,s wagoneer has 44,s both front and rear and are popular swaps, but you have to mount the front springs outboard of the frame.
