Newbie needs help with 80 CJ5 4cyl

Hello everyone, I desperately need help. I am a newbie who has picked up an 80 cj5 with the 4cyl. motor. The motor was not running and was taken apart.
I now have the engine together and running. My problem is keeping it running. It came with a Rochester Varajet carb. #17080781. The carb appears to be missing parts. Specifically a bracket that attaches to the throttle cable and maybe more I just don't know. This is a Ca. car. I need pictures or a schematic of the engine to see what I need. If anyone has anything that could help me I would be incredibly grateful.

I tried to send 930 dreamer a message and I wasn't allowed to because I don't have enough posts. I don't know if what I am doing now is allowed either. If it is I am trying to thank you and tell you that I got the Jeep running by making a bracket for the carb. It is not perfect but at least the Jeep is now moveable. If your 80 Jeep Cj5 is a Ca. car what I really need is pictures of the smog tubes etc. so that I can get a feeling for where everything goes. If I am allowed to do this thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
