Welcome to the Z. I went ahead and split your post out into a new thread.

How do you like that fiberglass tub? I had always wanted to swap one onto my old CJ, but I heard that it made problems for the electronics (no ground and all).

Not 100% sure about fiberglass tub yet - I'm thinking a YJ tub may be a better choice. Sure I'm going to develop cracks and I don't like the idea of threaded inserts, etc. This is a used tub and as I took it apart I saw a lot of areas

As far as the wiring goes I've heard everything from "your harness will be as big as your wrist by the time you get done grounding" to "simple just grounded all the dash items to the dash, etc."

It's going to be trial by fire for me - I really dislike wiring! (BOCES has some pretty sharp kids that know a lot more than I do about it!
