new front dana 30 installed in a day, now what gears?

after lifting, getting too much problems from the old bent front end, and putting in a new dana 30, im ready to start thinkin about the next up grade. i have 31's on now and the old 2.5 has lost what little power i thought it had, gears are needed. i want some low enough to where my top speed is only like 5 or whatever so i can get some more get up n go out of this thing.

what size ring n pinion to go with>?

Auto or manual transmission? 4.56 for 31" tires is pretty good for a 5-spd, 4.10 for an auto.

well its got a wonderful 4 speed.....j/k about wonder ful, so yea, i wana get 32s or 33 in the next month or so and i dont care about freeway gas milage so what am i lookin at now
