Need some quick-ish parts help

I Know this should go into a different section, but my tags expire Saturday night and I need to get my Jeep through inspection. The only thing holding it back is the emergency brake.

Left side is to the front, right side is to the back. If anyone knows that parts I would need to get it functional again, if it is just the equalizer or if there are other parts in there too. It is a 97 Grand Cherokee. I have found a couple parts Jeeps somewhat close to me, I would just prefer to know what parts I need before I go.

Isn't there a flat bar that goes between the back two and a threaded rod from there to a joint for the front piece?

That's exactly what's missing. Should be able to pick the parts up at a wrecking yard or dealer.

That's what I was thinking, but I wasn't positive. One of the officers at work has a dealership with 3 Grand Cherokee's and I was going to see if I can buy the part off him for cheaper than a normal dealer.

Dealer or junk yard. Haven't seen an aftermarket places listing them.
