Can anyone tell me what this is 07 Jeep Wrangler x

It looks like a spring inside of it. What is it attached to? Is it bolted on or zip tied? Can you describe the wires that run to it and where they go?

Here it a little closer looks like a yellow symbol was hoping someone would recognize.

Also there’s a black cord that comes out the end that look like it leads into the side metal of the seat

Here the cord that runs out the back and tried making an arrow to what it’s connected to
