Need advice on price

Ok guys, heres the deal. My friend is looking at a 94 wrangler, 4cyl., 5spd 84000 miles. its got a new soft top, good interior, good paint, almost new BFG A/T tires. It needs a new rear pinion seal, new tailgate hinge, and new radiator (i think the dealer is putting a new radiator in tho.) So how much do you think its worth? Any input would be helpful

Where you are has much to do with price! I gave just under 3000.00 for a 87 YJ 4 with a 5 speed basicly as you described so 4k would be a good price. I have extra tailgate hinges if you get the jeep. Welocme a board. Tug[addsig]

id say $5000, but around here cars cost more than anywhere

Im in southern indiana.... the cheapest jeep newer then 90 ive ever seen around here was 3500 and it had 160K and a smashed up fender..... [addsig]

i paid 2K for my jeep, stock at the time with 82 k on it....but i bought it locally from someone who needed to get rid of it, not from a dealership, i'd say a 94 with that mileage in the stated condition would probably be worth...retail...anywhere from 4500 - 5500[addsig]
